The Sierra Tramway Visitor Center (Centro de Interpretación del Tranvía de la Sierra) is located in the old station of Pinos Genil, in the province of Granada.

Tuesday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

Groups and Schools

A Special Program is available on Sundays for pre-booked groups and school visits only. Prior reservation is required.

Reduced Admission Details (€1.00)

The reduced rate applies to:

  • Children aged 6 to 12 (must be accompanied by an adult).
  • School groups accompanied by teachers.
  • Large families (with valid accreditation).
  • Pensioners and retirees.
  • Holders of a Student or Youth Card.
  • Persons with a disability between 33% and 64%.
  • Groups, associations, and collectives (10+ paying visitors with a single group purchase).

Free Admission Details

Entry is free for:

  • Local residents of the municipality.
  • Holders of the “Amig@s del Centro” membership card.
  • Children under 6 years old (must be accompanied by an adult).
  • Persons with a disability of 65% or higher.
  • General public during “Open House” (Puertas Abiertas) events.
  • Accompanying teachers for school group visits.
  • Accredited tour guides.
